HDB has just announced today another round of BTO project launches in Punggol, Clementi and Tampines towns.
A total of 4,056 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4-, 5-room, and 3Gen flats are available in this launch exercise. The six new BTO projects, two in each neighbourhood, are as follows:
- Northshore Cove and Waterway Sunrise II in Punggol
- Clementi NorthArc and Clementi Peaks
- Tampines GreenBloom and Tampines GreenFlora
The public can apply online for the choice of town and flat type by 20 February 2017. Successful applicants will be determined by a computer balloting system and not on a first-come first served basis.
Prices range between $81,000 for 2-room Flexi in Punggol to $571,000 for 5-room units in Clementi before grants.
