Liang Sandwich Bar opens new outlet at Raffles City
Known for their delicious scallion pancakes and claiming to be the number 1 pancake seller in China, Liang Sandwich Bar will be opening their second outlet at Raffles City after Vivocity.
At first look, Liang’s scallion pancakes resemble the roti prata here in Singapore but they are actually made from premium grade flour and non-GMO soybean oil. The pancakes are folded half and filled with a variety of ingredients including egg crepe, chicken patty, tuna mayo, cheese, and more. Customers can also purchase the pancakes plain without any fillings.
The pancakes prices range from $2.50 for the plain one to $5.50 with the premium ingredients.
Look like roti prata, doesn’t it?
In celebrating the new outlet opening, Liang Sandwich Bar @ Raffles City will be giving away 100 sandwiches for free this Saturday, 8 September.
The giveaway will begin from 12pm onwards.
