New Punggol Town Hub will serve almost 150,000 residents when completed
Very soon, Punggolians will be able to enjoy more food options and a fully-equipped regional library when the new Punggol Town Hub opens in the next few years.
Announced by The People’s Association, the new Punggol Town Hub which is designed based on the needs of residents will be ready by the year 2021.
The new town hub will be located opposite the Waterway Point shopping mall next to the upcoming Punggol Regional Sports Centre and will also have amenities including a child care centre and healthcare facilities.

Punggol residents can look forward to more food options at the integrated hawker centre.
Book lovers and students looking for a conducive place to study can now head to the new Punggol Regional Library.
There will also be community spaces and sports facilities at the town hub.

It even comes with a roof garden for residents to rest and relax.
