Real cheap Android phone

Haven’t heard of the smartphone brand Realme? Neither have we.

A quick search on Google shows the budding Chinese smartphone manufacturer is headed by Sky Li, Oppo’s former VP that left the company back in July last year.

They have recently made their way to Singapore. There’s even an official Singapore Facebook page, which also shows the official retail price for their entry model Realme C1 priced at $169.

Better yet, you can now preorder for it at $30 cheaper on Qoo10 now, also sold directly from Realme Singapore.

The C1 phone is powered by a Snapdragon 450 processor, Qualcomm’s entry-level processor but still delivers good performance for daily usage. Realme claims the C1 offers up to 10 hours of continuous gaming with its energy-efficient processor and large 4,320mAh battery.

Similar to Oppo phones, the phone will come with ColorOS 5.1 operating system (based on Oreo 8.1) installed.

Other features include dual rear cameras, 6.2-inch full-screen display, 16GB storage and dual-SIM/micro-SD card support.
