King Fruits Durian Singapore stall in Tiong Bahru
There are cheap durians and now there are cheap Mao Shan Wangs.
The latter is much harder to find but since durian season is upon us in Singapore, this durian seller in Tiong Bahru that is selling true blue Mao Shan Wang (MSW) durians at ridiculous prices.
At just $10 a piece (not kg).

According to the durian seller, the $10 a piece MSW is an in-house special and not available anywhere else. Do not mistaken this as the Pahang Old Tree as they are selling that $18 per kg.

Besides MSWs, the shop also carries a wide variety of durian species. Here’s the price breakdown:
- D13 – $5 a piece ($10 for 3)
- D24 – from $5 a piece
- Red Prawn – $10 a piece
- Pahang Old Tree – $18 per kg
- King of Kings (皇中王) – $18 per kg
- Black Gold – $18 per kg
- Golden Phoenix – $18 per kg
The seller also has mountains of durian stock.
