Looking for unique and good food to try in Singapore? There’s a Night Bazaar in Bukit Panjang that will even rival the Geylang Serai one.
It is currently held at the open space in front of Zhenghua-Senja Square RC and will last till 10 November (Sunday). It is also a few minutes walk away from Jelapang LRT station.
Popular snacks from overseas
Expect to find lots of food stalls specializing in snacks and beverages from Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan and more.
Such as Pisang Keju (Banana Cheese snack), a popular Indonesian dessert.
Or stinky fermented tofu that is a hot favourite among street hawkers in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
The Sweet Potato Ball is also one of the favourite snacks in Taiwan night markets.
Soufflé in a night bazaar? You better believe it. Choose from Original, Strawberry and Chocolate flavours.
Here’s a stall that sells barbecued oyster mushrooms with sauce and seasonings of your choice.
No need to go Bangkok for Lok Lok – this stall sells them at $0.80 per stick.
Don’t forget to grab a pair of T.I.Ts (Thai Iced Teas) when you are thirsty. This stall sells a combination of original and green Thai Iced Teas in a half/half cup.
So smart.
There are lots more including Japanese Takoyaki, pizzas, Mango Float, Taiwanese fried chicken and more.
Local favourites
Besides overseas snacks, visitors will also be able to find more commonly seen food in bazaars here such as Ramly Burgers, bubble tea, Turkish kebabs, traditional Indian snacks and more.
There’s even a fresh fruit market.
Have fun and win prizes with these old school shooting game stalls.
Don’t go will regret later.
