The Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and SAFRA have just launched a new programme that offers free EnergyOne membership for 1 year to eligible Pre-Enlistees.
Yes, totally free.
The programme is a trial initiative that aims to encourage pre-enlistees to use the gym facilities and improve their general fitness so that it won’t be so siong when you are serving.
Here’s a peek inside one of the EnergyOne Gyms in Toa Payoh.
There’s lot of fitness machines and a free weights section in the gym.
You can enjoy the view of the pool while working on your cardio with stationary bikes and treadmills.
Besides training, pre-enlistees will also be able to access the swimming pools, jacuzzi and steam rooms at SAFRA.
