Singapore Airlines and sister carrier SilkAir will be extending their cancellation of flights scheduled from April to June 2020, as per new updates from the company.
With the extension, 96% of the passenger capacity has been reduced in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Rebook or Refund
Singapore Airlines states they will be retaining the full value of the unused portion of the tickets as flight credits for customers who are affected by the cancellations.
Customers will also enjoy bonus flight credits when rebooking for their new travel itineraries at a later date.
Alternatively, customers can also request a full refund on their tickets by filling up this assistance request form. All cancellation fees and no-show fees will be waived according to Singapore Airlines.
