Signature KOI @ Jewel Changi Airport now open for business
Can’t get your favourite KOI drinks on Grain or GrabFood? You might want to head down to Jewel Changi Airport.
The new concept store Signature KOI which opened a year ago isn’t just a bubble tea shop but offers dine-in options with tables and seating to customers and travellers in the new airport mall.
Here’s how it looks like before the virus outbreak.
The cafe also offers a selection of unique drinks including Premium Mountain Tea, Flower Tea and Specialty Brews as well as sweets and cakes such as waffles with ice cream, macaron, Pineapple Cake and more.
Which likely explains why it is operating despite ongoing Circuit Breaker regulations in place.
A fan of the Facebook page Singapore Atrium Sale spotted the cafe open for business with a few bubble tea lovers queuing and waiting for their orders.

Seems like not too many people knew about it too.
Take a look at Signature KOI’s full menu if you are heading down so you can spend less time wondering what to order, although it is unclear if everything on the menu will be available.
