Live Christmas trees coming to IKEA stores in S’pore this month
Christmas is just around the corner and for those looking to decorate your homes with a Christmas tree, you might want to consider getting a live Christmas fir tree from IKEA stores in Singapore.
Especially if you want to cut down on plastic waste.
Imported from Sweden
There are two sizes to choose from – 1.6m and 2m, priced at $59 and $79 respectively. The base, which is sold separately, costs $20.
IKEA live Christmas trees are expected to arrive by the end of November and will only be available in stores for walk-in purchase only.
Hanging decorations are sold separately as well.

According to IKEA Singapore, these fresh fir Christmas trees are imported from Sweden via air-conditioned containers to preserve their freshness.

Free IKEA Voucher
What’s more, shoppers will also receive a $25 IKEA voucher for free with every purchase of a live tree.
However, the voucher can only be used for purchases in the new year from 1 to 31 January 2021.
