Good news for Marine Parade residents – NTUC has just opened a new FairPrice Xtra hypermarket in Parkway Parade.
More than a supermarket
Now open on level 3 of the mall, shoppers can look forward to more selections of grocery, fresh produce and more in the hypermarket.
There will also be a sushi and Japanese food station located inside.
Additionally, the new FairPrice Xtra also comes with novel concepts including food stations, dedicated seating for cooked meals and even a cocktail bar for tired shoppers to chill and take a break.

- The Bar
- Alfero Gelato
- Ban Tong Seafood
There’s also a family-friendly ice cream station by Alfera Artisan Gelato for everyone to enjoy a treat while shopping for groceries.

Besides shopping and food, visitors will also be able to appreciate works of art as the iconic lightwells of Parkway Parade turns into gigantic canvases with colourful murals.
