PrimaDeli’s new Huat Huat Cake looks incredibly auspicious
Looking for festive sweets and treats to welcome celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year with friends and colleagues? Here’s a cake that’s truly befitting for the occasion.
PrimaDeli Huat Huat Cake
PrimaDeli has just launched a new Huat Huat Cake and at first glance, it looks more akin to a Chinese New Year decoration than a cake.
It comes with festive designs and decorations including Prosperity Koi Fish swimming in a pond, firecrackers on the side of the cake and topped with a popular CNY greeting 年年有余 which means abundance year after year in Chinese.
Here’s a closer look.
Eat already confirm huat.
There’s more inside
Priced at $23.80, the Huat Huat Cake isn’t just for the looks – according to PrimaDeli Singapore, the actual cake within features a combination of light citrusy orange and chocolate flavours and is filled with orange fresh cream and diced oranges.
It weighs around 500g.
This is how the cross-section of the cake looks like when cut.
Sounds yummy.

The Huat Huat Cake is available for walk-in purchase at all PrimaDeli outlets islandwide, while stocks last. Customers can also place their pre-orders but they will need a lead time of 2 days in advance (excluding the day of order).
