HDB has just revealed their latest BTO Sale Launch this February – there are a total of 3,740 units of Community Care Apartments, 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4-, and 5-room flats across 4 neighbourhoods in Singapore.
Here’s a quick look at the 7 new BTO projects available.
Alkaff Breeze
Located along Upper Aljunied and Alkaff Crescent, Alkaff Breeze comprises of 3 blocks with heights ranging 14 – 16 storeys. There are a total of 353 units of 4 and 5-room flats.
Features of the project include:
- Recreational facilities – playground and fitness stations
- Roof garden on top of 2 blocks and MSCP
- Childcare centre
Alkaff Breeze is expected to complete by 2nd quarter in 2024.
Bartley GreenRise
Located along Bartley Rd and Bidadari Park Dr, Bartley GreenRise comprises of 3 staggered blocks with heights from 11 – 17 storeys. There will be a total of 387 units of 3 and 4-room flats.
Features include:
- Green spaces at adjacent Bidadari Greenway
- Roof gardens on blocks and above MSCP
- Fitness station and children’s playground

Bartley GreenRise is expected to complete by the 2nd quarter in 2025.
Harmony Village @ Bukit Batok
Located along Bukit Batok West Ave 6 and 9, Harmony Village will be the first assisted public housing development which integrates senior-friendly features with care services and social programmes.
It will have 169 units of Community Care Apartments in a 15-storey block, offered to seniors aged 65 and above on short leases between 15 and 35 years (in 5-year increments.

Harmony Village @ Bukit Batok is expected to complete by 2nd quarter in 2024.
McNair Heights
Located along Balestier Rd and McNair Rd, McNair Heights comprises of 3 blocks ranging from 24 – 40 storeys tall, with one of these blocks housing rental flats. There are a total of 626 units of 2-room Flexi (seniors only), 3 and 4-room flats.

McNair Heights is expected to complete by 2nd quarter in 2026.
