Salted Egg Fiesta returns to Long John Silver’s restaurants islandwide this March
The wait is over – Long John Silver’s salted egg dishes are back again this early-March.
The love for everything salted egg is still strong in Singapore. Now with more salted egg sauce (2x more), Long John Silver’s Singapore will be offering two dishes – Salted Egg Dory and Salted Egg Chicken & Shrimp.
They are topped with savoury sweet golden salted egg sauce with real salted egg flavours, fragrant curry leaves and chilli padi.
They also come with the restaurant’s signature crispy fries, chips and SJORA Apple Pear drink.
Here’s how the dish looks like when LJS introduced the series last year.
What’s more, you can also top up $1 more for even more salted egg sauce to create your own Salted Egg Fries.
Use it as a dipping sauce or pour it over the fries for some finger-licking goodness.
