It’s an egg, it’s a meringue, it’s cotton candy (in the drink)
Local bubble tea chain LiHO has just launched a quirky new topping along with a new series of Eggy drinks.
Sunny Side Up Topping
Believe it or not, you can add Sunny Side Up to your favourite drinks, except it isn’t a real cooked egg. In fact, it’s a sweet meringue candy that’s made to look like a real egg.
So creative.
According to LiHO Singapore, the Sunny Side Up Topping becomes soft and fluffy and almost cotton candy-like when mixed into the drinks.
