TEMT no more: Fashionwear brand says going out of business

Another fashionwear retailer is calling it quits here in Singapore, likely due to the impact from the ongoing Covid pandemic.

TEMT Singapore

Known for their affordable everyday wear inspired by runway looks, TEMT has just announced on their website and Facebook they are literally going out of business in mid-June.

Here’s their announcement.

We’re sorry to inform this!

They have the same name as the Australia-based fashion brand, which also ran into business trouble a while back, although it’s not clear if they belong to the same company.

Large discounts storewide

While it’s bad news for the business, it’s the opposite for shoppers – TEMT will be having a clearance sale at their Paya Lebar Quarter outlet starting from 17 May onwards and had said there will be large discounts on all items storewide.

They also thank loyal customers for supporting them over the past 8 years in Singapore.

For those staying in the west, you might want to try your luck at their other store in Jurong Point, which could likely be having a similar clearance sale.

Last chance to get their clothing before they’re gone for good.

Somewhat related news: Before you head down, you might also want to check the crowd so you won’t need to queue to enter the mall.

This website from URA shows how crowded malls are in S’pore so you won’t need to queue to enter
