Can’t get enough of Squid Game even after catching the 1st season on Netflix? Here’s a cafe that has a Squid Game challenge that lets you win a free treat.
Brown Butter ‘Squid Game’ Challenge
Located in the heart of Orchard Road in Forum The Shopping Mall, Brown Butter has come up with a challenge that replicates the Honeycomb childhood game in the hit series Squid Game on Netflix.
According to their teaser video, you need to complete the game within a minute to win a free drink should you take up the challenge.
Spoiler alert: If you haven’t watched the series yet and intend to, you probably shouldn’t read further.
Similar to the Honeycomb game in the show, customers will be required to cut out the shapes using a pin without breaking them.
Upon completing the task successfully, you can exchange the honeycomb for a free Iced Latte.
So cool.
According to Brown Butter, the next game begins on 29 September (Wed), which also likely means it isn’t a daily thing so you probably shouldn’t just walk in any day. You can follow the cafe’s Facebook page here for updates and rules.
