Known for serving the freshest all-you-can-eat seafood in town during weekends, Café Mosaic serves up an appetising array of seafood at the seafood-on-ice counter that tempts with freshly-shucked oysters, crab legs, black mussels and poached prawns.
The buffet restaurant can be found on level 1 of Carlton Hotel located in the busy downtown of Bras Basah.
