Famous Beach Rd Scissors Cut Curry Rice opening 1st mall outlet in VivoCity this week
Fans of the original Scissors Cut Curry Rice (剪刀剪) along Beach Road will soon have another location to enjoy their favourite dishes.
The brand which has become a household name for its modest meals of rice curry and Chap Chye drenched in the 2-sauce recipe will be opening its first-ever mall outlet in basement 2 of VivoCity.
Set to open on 7 October (Fri) this week, it will be their third store after Beach Road and Upper Thomson.

The fourth-generation family-led business seeks to retain the sought-after nostalgia that the original outlet has evoked for generations and will continue serving its iconic dishes along with Singaporean’s favourite 2-sauce, Original Braised Pork Sauce & Original Curry Sauce.
