Don Don Donki set to open a new outlet in Paya Lebar Quarter later this year
Good news for residents in Paya Lebar, Ubi and Geylang – Don Don Donki is finally coming to a location near you.

With over a dozen stores in operation islandwide, Japanese discount store chain Don Don Donki has set its sight at one of the busiest towns in Singapore – Paya Lebar.
Spotted by a fan on Facebook, the upcoming store will be located on level 4 of the mall in PLQ Mall, situated next to Paya Lebar MRT station.
According to the illustrations found on the renovation boards, it looks like the store will have a railway theme. It is also set to open sometime in the second quarter of 2023 (April – June).
It is also likely the store will take over the units ranging from #04-03 to 08 since these are the unit numbers missing from PLQ Mall’s store directory at the moment of this writing. The units are previously occupied by a few shops including Valu$ Shop which closed back in late November last year.
This also means the new Don Don Donki store could be a rather large one.
Stay or work around the area but can’t wait for it to open? The next nearest Don Don Donki store can be found at City Square mall which opens from 9am to midnight daily.
