Shaw Plaza will reopen in April with new cinema halls and FairPrice outlet

In case you didn’t know, Shaw Plaza will be reopening this weekend after closing for almost 4 years for renovations.

New Family-Friendly Cinema

Located in the heart of Balestier, the new Shaw Plaza is also home to 11 cinema halls and will have the most number of premium halls at a single venue in Singapore.

The walkway to the cinema halls pays tribute to the heritage district featuring unique designs such as red bricks, grills and particleboards.

FairPrice now open

Visitors who are planning to do some grocery shopping can check out the new FairPrice outlet located at level 2 of the mall.

The new supermarket store will have fresh, quality seafood and meat over the counter, ready-to-eat meals at the sushi counter and oven-baked deli counter, and even a Häagen-Dazs ice cream kiosk.

Now you (and your little ones) can enjoy a quick ice cream treat while shopping for groceries at the new mall.

Talking about Haagen-Dazs, you might also want to pick up a few pints since they are currently having a price-drop promotion this week.
