Scoot adds 3kg more carry-on luggage allowance for Economy Class passengers

Good news for travellers who have booked their flights with Scoot – you’re getting more cabin luggage allowance.

That’s right, in case you didn’t know SIA’s low-cost sister carrier Scoot has increased the cabin luggage allowance for all Economy Class passengers to 10kg. ScootPlus carry-on cabin luggage remains the same at up to 15kg.

Here’s the breakdown if it’s still confusing.

Dimensions of the carry-on luggage have also remained the same and should not exceed 54cm x 38cm x 23cm.

For any personal item or bag to be stowed under the seat, it must fit within the dimensions of 40cm x 30cm x 10cm.

Do also keep in mind that any cabin baggage that exceeds the stipulated allowances will have to be checked in and may be subjected to excess baggage charges.
