Kyoto’s famous Menbaka Ramen with flaming bowls now open in S’pore
Ramen lovers are in for a fiery treat starting this week.
Menbaka ‘Fire’ Ramen
Hailed from Kyoto, Japan, Menbaka Ramen is a first-of-its-kind ramen place where they literally set your bowl on fire before you dig in.
They are expanding their ramen business worldwide recently and will be opening their first outlet in Singapore on 24 November (Tue). It will be located in Orchard Cineleisure level 5 and opens from 12pm to 9pm daily.
According to Menbaka, their ramen is not just all for show – it is made with ingredients including a 220-year old recipe blend of shoyu and stewed with katsuobushi and sababushi (dried smoked tuna and mackerel) to create a smokey, umami-packed broth.
But of course, their bestselling signature dish is still their Fire Ramen that continues to impress ramen fans around the world.
